Saturday, September 27th from 3pm-5pm
Join us for our Needle Felting class hosted by Milagros Pollock from Five Acre Meadows!
What is needle felting? Hope you like stabbing something! It’s the process of using a barbed needle with fiber from sheep or llama and jabbing them repeatedly to entangle them. We can form different figures with them. In this class we will be using this technique to make a sculpted pumpkin in time to show it off for the fall season!
Heritage class will include:
- an interactive time with chosen farm animals
- time with light refreshements
- fun, hands-on in our air-conditioned classroom
- take home instructions and whatever you make!
Best suited for beginner adults and craft-loving teens. Tickets must be purchased in advance, limited to 24 participants, minimum of 10 participants to host class.
100% of the proceeds from these Crafts & Cuddles classes benefit Redemptive Love Rescue, a 501c3 non-profit. RLRescue takes in, cares for and finds homes for over 150 livestock animals in need each year, provides animal therapy to senior centers and special needs facilities and is passionate about animal agriculture education!
