Redemptive Love Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit that was established in April 2022.
This year we have rescued, rehabbed and found homes for over 175 farm animals, visited over 50 facilities and events with our animal therapy programs and we have taught at dozens of schools about compassionate care of agriculture animals.
Come visit our small rescue facility and meet our special needs and therapy animals who make a big impact on people in our community! Cuddle some rescue cuties in our socialization pen and view our rescue farm animals currently up for adoption! On this beautiful fall weekend at RLRescue surrounded by animals, enjoy refreshments, a small u-pick flower garden and shop our giftshop!
RLRescue is passionate about education so while you are here we will have a schedule of workshops on the positive effects of farm animals on our land and mental health, the importance of natural fibers, as well as many hands-on demonstrations all about using what our farm animals gift us throughout the day! Learn to make humane dairy products like butter, cheese, and yogurt! Learn to make fiber items like wool dryer balls, needle felting crafts, and spin your own yarn. Learn how different animals produce ready-made fertilizer for your garden or house plants. Visit our website for full class schedule and to see what animals we currently have up for adoption.
Want to tour RLFarm next door where it all started, learn the farm’s history and farm practices, feed some camels and meet the 120 farm animals who call our farm home!?! They will be hosting guided tours on the hour. There is an admission fee to tour RLFarm.
We will have Restrooms, handicap accessible, goods for sale, complimentary refreshments, workshops/demonstrations.
Price: COST TO VISIT RLRESCUE IS FREE! RLFarm will be open next door also but will have an entry fee to enter full petting farm.
