Shannon Carroll is the owner/operator of Redemptive Love Farm LLC and founder of Redemptive Love Rescue 501c3. She is responsible for all secretarial duties, accounting, booking events, social media, animal care, feeding and maintaining health of all farm animals. Before founding the farm Shannon has a history working for Chick-fil-A, City of Tallahassee Animal Shelter and Special Events before becoming an instant homeschool mom to seven foster then adopted children. In 2013, after moving their family to the country in pursuit of homesteading and debt free living, their first farm animals joined them. From there Redemptive Love Farm was established in 2016 and has been growing and changing ever since! Redemptive Love Rescue was founded in 2022 in her daughter’s legacy!

Savannah Vickery is the event manager at Redemptive Love Farm LLC and animal intake specialist for Redemptive Love Rescue 501c3. She is responsible for event management and we perform near 400 events every year! Savannah runs the farm’s summer camp program and assists with all surrenders and adoptions on farm animals coming into rescue!  Savannah is Shannon’s right-hand farmhand and is always willing to jump in wherever help is needed! Savannah joined the RLfarm team in May 2021, first part-time then full-time. After a year of working diligently in all aspects of the farm she moved onsite where she is very involved in all the farm happenings! In Nov 2024 Savannah was married and moved into her first home with her husband, two dogs, cat and four rabbits!
