We bring friendly llamas to your backyard birthday or huge festival!

Llama Rental Includes:

  • Traveling to you! Prices include 40 miles round-trip of travel, have options for more.
  • We bring all necessary equipment, tent, fencing, signage, water, etc.
  • We will arrive 10min-1hr before start time to set-up and prepare equipment and animals.
  • We will set-up a small hand sanitizer station and clean up any mess created.
  • We provide at least two farmers who handle llamas, interact with guests and answer questions!
  • We bring very friendly, well-trained llamas who are groomed and happy to be at your event!

You provide:

  • A grassy, shaded spot to point us to for set-up llamas. If we need to set-up on concrete/asphalt please let us know so we can bring additional equipment.
  • Please have any dogs in home safely put up so animals can visit guests uninterrupted and without fear.

Animal Training 

After visiting, what we always hear is, “Wow, they are so well-trained!” Here at the farm we we host a weekly 4H Llama Club so our llamas are handled often. We train our llamas for our animal therapy program and these are the same animals coming to your special event. All are friendly, clean and well-behaved and enjoy visiting!
The number one question we hear is “Don’t llamas spit?” While yes they have that ability, llamas only spit when terrified or territorial. Being well-handled our llamas enjoy humans and are not startled by them. 

SMALL EVENT LLAMA options

Included: Interactive memorable llama party with two llamas costumed and ready to be walked, pet, fed treats and take photos with your guests! Plus two helpful farmers!

*Additional llama add-on: +$150
*Add themed photo booth +$50
*Need more time? Second hour is discounted to only $225

Small Event Deposit:

  • Non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of booking to hold date/time selected.

Small Event Payment:

  • Remaining balance is due 24hrs PRIOR to arrival. Payment can be made online via link in “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” emails. We reserve the right to refuse services if payment is not made PRIOR to arrival. 

  • If needed and has been discussed prior to arrival, payment can be made by cash upon arrival BEFORE we set up. Personal checks not accepted.

Schedule:

  • Can schedule most anytime Wednesday thru Saturday. Don’t see the date/time you would like? Just call or email to inquire!
  • For large events (over $1000) we may be willing to open availability on Sundays.
  • SUMMER (June-August) NOTE: We do not schedule between 12pm-5pm during the hottest part of the day for the safety of our animals!

LARGE EVENT LLAMA options

Includes: two costumed llamas in theme of your event, tent, photo backdrop, props and photo lighting (after dark). This is a fan favorite!!! Attendees can meet, pet and take photos with llamas in decorated photo-op station. Two farmers, one as animal handler and one as photo-taker with guest’s cellphone or camera. For very large events add extra llamas for guests to interact with outside photo booth! 

Options:
1) Llama Photo Booth = $675
2) Llama Photo Booth + 2 llama petting station for 2 hours = $950
3) Llama Photo Booth + 4 llama feeding station for 2 hours = $1200
4) Llama Feeding Station (4 llamas) for 2 hours = $675

Large Event Deposit:

  • Call to book your large event to have deposit waived for government, schools, businesses, churches or non-profits.

Large Event Payment:

  • Remaining balance is due upon arrival, BEFORE we set up. WE PREFER PAYMENT BY CHECK, please hand to us when we arrive, do not mail! If you need to have a check cut by finance department please be sure to request all documents (W9, COI, etc) that you will need to achieve that.

  • If needed, payment can be made by card online via link in “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” emails.
