Starting Sept 2025 we will NO LONGER be offering traveling Pony Parties
Horses, Ponies, Unicorns, Oh my! We can bring the rides to you!!!
Horse/Pony Rental Includes:
- Traveling to you! Prices include 40 miles round-trip of travel, have options for more.
- We bring all necessary equipment, signage, water, etc.
- We will arrive 10min-1hr before start time to set-up and prepare equipment and animals.
- We will set-up a small hand sanitizer station and clean up any mess created.
- We provide at least two farmers who walk ponies, interact with guests and answer questions!
- We bring very friendly, well-trained ponies who are groomed and happy to be at your event!
You provide:
- A grassy, shaded spot to point us to for give rides. If we need to set-up on concrete/asphalt please let us know so we can bring additional equipment.
- Please have any dogs in home safely put up so animals can visit guests uninterrupted and without fear.
SMALL EVENT RIDE options
Included: ONE riding pony who can ride children under 50lbs (~5 years old). Can give 25-35 rides in one hour.
+ two helpful farmers!
***Cost is $450 for 1 hour
Small Event Deposit:
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of booking to hold date/time selected.
Small Event Payment:
Remaining balance is due 24hrs PRIOR to arrival. Payment can be made online via link in “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” emails. We reserve the right to refuse services if payment is not made PRIOR to arrival.
- If needed and has been discussed prior to arrival, payment can be made by cash upon arrival BEFORE we set up. Personal checks not accepted.
Schedule:
- Can schedule most anytime Wednesday thru Saturday. Don’t see the date/time you would like? Just call or email to inquire!
- For large events (over $1000) we may be willing to open availability on Sundays.
- SUMMER (June-August) NOTE: We do not schedule between 12pm-5pm during the hottest part of the day for the safety of our animals!
LARGE EVENT RIDE options
Horse/Pony Duo – 2 Hours –
Included: One big horse who can ride children/adults up to 200lbs AND one small pony who can ride young children under 50lbs. Horse and pony will be walked by a farmer in area we mark off with chain for safety. Parents are welcome and encouraged to walk alongside children who are lacking confidence or scared to ride alone.
Large Event Deposit:
- Call to book your large event to have deposit waived for government, schools, businesses, churches or non-profits.
Large Event Payment:
Remaining balance is due upon arrival, BEFORE we set up. WE PREFER PAYMENT BY CHECK, please hand to us when we arrive, do not mail! If you need to have a check cut by finance department please be sure to request all documents (W9, COI, etc) that you will need to achieve that.
