Backyard birthday? Huge festival? We can bring the farm to you!!!
Traveling Farm Rental Includes:
- Traveling to you! Prices include 40 miles round-trip of travel, have options for more.
- We bring all necessary equipment, tent, fencing, backdrops, signage, water, etc.
- We will arrive 30min-1hr before start time to set-up and prepare equipment and animals.
- We will set-up a small hand sanitizer station and clean up any mess created.
- We provide at least two farmers who assist with animals, interact with guests and answer questions!
- We bring very friendly, well-trained animals who are groomed and happy to be at your event!
You provide:
- A grassy, shaded spot to point us to for set-up. If we need to set-up on concrete/asphalt please let us know so we can bring additional equipment.
- Please have any dogs in home safely put up so animals can visit guests uninterrupted and without fear.
Our Small Farm Tent is perfect for backyard birthday parties or small private events! We allow 8 attendees in the tent at a time. Adults and children alike love to enter and get hands-on with all of our sweet farm pets! Adults MUST accompany children in tent.
Included:
10×10 tent with 8 small farm pets (includes a mix of 2 chickens, 1 duck, 2 bunnies, 2 young goats and 1 lamb OR 1 piglet) and 2 farmers.
***Cost is $255 for small tent for 1 hour
Small Event Deposit:
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of booking to hold date/time selected.
Small Event Payment:
Remaining balance is due 24hrs PRIOR to arrival. Payment can be made online via link in “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” emails. We reserve the right to refuse services if payment is not made PRIOR to arrival.
- If needed and has been discussed prior to arrival, payment can be made by cash upon arrival BEFORE we set up.
Schedule:
- Can schedule most anytime Monday thru Saturday, Sundays not available. Don’t see the date/time you would like? Just call or email to inquire!
- For large events we may be willing to book on Sundays.
- SUMMER NOTE: We do not schedule between 12pm-5pm during the hottest part of the day for the safety of our animals!
LARGE PETTING FARM options
Our Large Petting Farm Tent is great for large events and public festivals! We can set-up a line system allowing up to 15 attendees in tent at a time. We are a huge hit at all events we attend as adults and children alike love to enter and get hands-on with all of our sweet farm pets! Adults MUST accompany children in tent.
***Cost is $636 for large tent for 2 hours
*Add a Llama, Cow or Unicorn photo op = $1018 total
*Add 2 hours = 4 hours = $954 total
*Discounts given for multiple day events and multiple add-ons.
Large Event Deposit:
- Call to book your large event to have deposit waived for businesses or non-profits.
Large Event Payment:
Remaining balance is due upon arrival, BEFORE we set up. WE PREFER PAYMENT BY CHECK, please hand to us when we arrive, do not mail! If you need to have a check cut by finance department please be sure to request all documents (W9, COI, etc) that you will need to achieve that.
