Currently booking Farmhouse Rental for Sept – Dec 2026
Birthday? Meeting? Celebration? How about here at the farm!!!
Event at the Farm – 2 hour farm venue includes:
- Exclusive use of 1800s farmhouse (fridge, food prep area, electric and fans)
- Exclusive use of outdoor seating area with eight picnic tables
- Exclusive use petting pen for your guests behind farmhouse
- Animal food bags ready for your guests to feed animals (25)
- One party host staff member (two for after hours party bookings)
- Admission wristbands for UP TO 50 guests
- Shared access to entire farm, 10 acres with over 75 animals and playground!
You bring:
- Guests!!! 50 guests included, each additional guest after 50 costs $10
- Decorations, banners, balloons, tablecloths, etc (if desired)
- Human food and drink for your guests (if desired)
Prices:
- Two hour party during Saturday open hours = $300
- Three hour private party after Saturday open hours = $600
- Four hour private party on Sunday = $1000

Deposit:
- Non-refundable deposit (1/3 of cost) is due at time of booking to hold date/time selected.

Time slots:
Note: We typically book up 30-90 days in advance.
Saturdays during open hours ($300):
- Morning 10am-12pm
- Afternoon 1pm-3pm
Saturdays after open hours ($600):
- Evening 5-8pm (fire pit & lighting, great for adult events also)
Sundays, exclusive use ($1000):
- Evening 3-7pm (farm is not open on Sundays so exclusive use of farm)
Payment:
Remaining balance is due PRIOR to arrival. Payment can be made online via link in “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” emails. We reserve the right to refuse services if payment is not made PRIOR to arrival.
